Cold forging with maximized efficiency
 

We can cold forge components from metal wires such as stainless steel, carbon steel, copper-based alloys, aluminum, nickel and etc. Prior forging wire diameters range from 0.2mm to 10mm. Material waste is almost 0% in cold forging process. Parts are produced at mass production scale with running speed at 100~500pcs per minute, easily 10times faster than conventional turning process. Not to mention high quality finishes and repeatability, we stand out with the capability to produce intricate components under same production process. Secondary process such as bending, slitting, rolling can be integrated into self-built machine, omitting additional handling for cost efficiency.

 
 
Engineering simulation

We make use of FEM (Finite Element Method) analysis to simulate engineering process. It assists us in engineering design and determining process feasibility. To materialize in actual process, we introduced state-of-the-art NC electrical discharging machines to fabricate high accuracy dies with tolerance to 0.005mm
