BYORA has developed in-house capability from the front-end of dies making, to the back-end of heat treatment, electro plating, polishing and various surface treatment processes, featuring a full-scale production system to meet customer demand. Cold forging machines are self-designed and built, highly capable to achieve consistent quality output and superior batch-to-batch repeatability. Components can be cold forged from various metal wires including stainless steel, carbon steel, copper-based alloys, aluminum, nickel and etc. Material diameter ranging from 0.2mm to 10mm is within the capability.
The number of cold forging machines has exceeded 1,000units, a solid figure that lead us ahead in the industry. Every month, we are producing thousands types of components with output at hundreds of million pieces. |
